By downloading or using Clueless, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. The app

Clueless lets you generate trivia games using AI, play them, and share them with others. The app is provided as-is. Features may change, and we may add, remove, or modify functionality at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clueless. If you're between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.

3. Subscription

Clueless offers an auto-renewing subscription:

• Clueless Premium — $4.99 USD per month (or local equivalent as shown in the App Store at the time of purchase). Provides unlimited trivia game generation. Without a subscription, generation is limited as described in the app.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings: open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds, where required by law, are handled by Apple. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit prompts or generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates anyone's rights.
• Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Reverse engineer the app, scrape our servers, or attempt to circumvent any security measures.
• Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our service.

We may remove shared games, revoke access, or terminate your use of the app if you violate these rules.

5. Content you generate

Trivia games in Clueless are generated by AI based on prompts you provide. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use any prompt you submit and any game generated from it, for any purpose related to operating, improving, and promoting the app — including featuring games in curated or "trending" sections, sharing them with other users, and using them in marketing.

To the extent you have any ownership rights in your prompts or generated games, you retain them, subject to the license above.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or wrong. You're responsible for what you prompt and for reviewing generated games before sharing them.

6. Takedown

If you believe a shared game infringes your rights or violates these Terms, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the game URL and a description of the issue. We'll review and act on legitimate requests promptly.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated trivia will be accurate. Trivia answers may be wrong, misleading, or out of date. Don't rely on Clueless for anything important.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations, governing law) will survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and surface the changes in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE — likely New York], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [YOUR COUNTY/CITY], and you consent to that jurisdiction.

12. Apple-specific terms
